Hammersmith and Fulham Arts Fest 2017 was such a fun time with so much to see and do, it really puts the borough on the map creatively. I was commissioned to have a POP UP gallery on the iconic festival bus, showcasing some of my prints of the borough itself. The Bus was visited by a cross section of society young and old, everyone thoroughly enjoyed stepping onto an original route-master bus.
Me with the team that make the festival possible.
The bus stationed in Bishops park.
Also Stationed on Shepherds Bush Green. It turned out to be a lovely sunny day which was especially welcomed as the day before was thunderously wet and windy.
Members of the public were invited upstairs on the bus to have a look at the art and have a seat if they chose.
It was great to hear people’s stories and memories that were conjured up from seeing artwork of the borough. This man was really cool, as was everyone that came to the show.
